Your Enquiries

When you email or call EA Detailer, the team uses the details you provide to respond, recommend services and arrange your requested work. The enquiry helper prepares an email in your own email app; it does not submit a booking or send a message automatically. Avoid including information that is not needed for your enquiry.

Conversations With Amie

Amie is an AI concierge. When you send a question, it is processed by EA Detailer’s existing assistant service and its configured AI providers, Anthropic or OpenAI. These services may process data outside Singapore. Do not include passwords, card details or information unrelated to your enquiry. Speaking an answer aloud is optional. When you select Read Answer Aloud or Listen, the selected answer or tour passage is sent to OpenAI to generate Amie’s AI voice. Audio is played in your browser and is not saved as a website recording.

Website Amie and WhatsApp Amie share EAD’s approved business guidance and project knowledge. Their conversations remain separate; visiting this website does not identify you as a WhatsApp contact. General advice does not require a mobile number or sign-in. The optional tour introduction asks for your name and mobile number with its country code. With your agreement, EAD checks for an existing SleekFlow contact; new visitors are added and receive one WhatsApp welcome when the messaging service permits. Existing contact details are not overwritten. This introduction does not verify your identity, reveal private history or sign you up for ongoing marketing. You can continue without sharing. EAD retains the contact in its business system and a limited welcome-processing record to prevent duplicate messages. A temporary session token in your browser tab keeps the conversation available as you move between pages. General conversations expire after 24 hours. Mobile verification uses a one-time WhatsApp code and gives access to your own records for 30 minutes; signing out clears the active conversation. Verification does not opt you into marketing. Approved proposals remain available to your verified account for up to 30 days. Enquiries, bookings and approved business documents may also be retained in EAD’s existing business systems for service and accounting.

Amie shows a review before submitting a booking, proposal, colour rendering or request for the team to contact you. An appointment request still requires the team’s approval. Generated colour concepts are AI illustrations with an EAD watermark; confirm the actual colour using a physical sample.

Your Cookie Choice

The necessary ead_cookie_choice cookie remembers whether you allow analytics for up to 180 days. Analytics is off until you allow it. You can change your choice using Cookie Settings in the footer; choosing Necessary Only stops our analytics collection and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies on this site.

Optional Analytics

If you agree, Google Analytics uses cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to measure visits and returning browsers. EAD measures the services and packages viewed and interactions with phone, email and quotation links. An enquiry click is not treated as a completed booking. Our custom events do not include your enquiry text, vehicle entry, email address, uploaded photos or colour prompts. Page URLs sent by our tracking code exclude query strings and fragments.

Google processes analytics data through its infrastructure, which may be outside Singapore. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in this integration. We do not add session recording or fingerprinting. Cookies identify a browser; they do not tell us who a visitor is unless that person chooses to contact us.

Media & External Services

Some films use external hosting or an embedded video provider when played. Those providers may receive connection information and apply their own policies. Links to maps and other websites leave this site. The standalone colour studio remains a preview. Colour concepts requested through Amie use the details you provide and the connected image-generation service.

Managing Your Information

For questions about your information or to request access, correction or withdrawal of consent, contact enquiry@eadetailer.com or call +65 6917 8396. Withdrawal does not undo processing that has already occurred. Business correspondence may need to be retained for service, accounting or legal purposes.
