EA-zy Magnetron Sputter film are constructed uniformly deposit various metal alloys onto a layer of high clarity polyester film in a large vacuum chamber of sputtering machine.

This forms a layer of highly durable sputter coating that is excellent in heat rejection and low in reflectivity. Aluminium, silver, nickel, titanium, chrome, stainless steel, copper and other alloy are used during manufacturing of EA-zy Magnetron Titanium metallized film. These metals provide good heat rejection and are very stable by nature. This helps to eliminate the possibility of metal oxidation within the film.

Series Features - Solar Control Performance

Understanding of the amount of Total Solar Energy Rejected (TSER) by the film is crucial factor. Like infrared rejection, TSER is a factor in how much heat is allowed into your vehicle, but TSER also measures the amount of skin and vision damaging light that is emitted into the vehicle as well. During independent testing Phantom Carbon Ceramic improved TSER by up to 60% and cut harmful UV and infrared rays by nearly 99 percent over other window film brands.

Series Features - Clarity

We utilize electrically charged gases for dislodging metal molecules from metals.

Series Features - Magnetron Sputter Performance

VLT [Visible Light Transmission] The percentage of visible light that passes directly through the tinting film. The higher of the number, the lighter color of the film. In contrast, the lower the VLT percentage, the darker the tint is and the more outside light is isolated.
UVR [UltraViolet Rejection] UV radiation is present in UVA and UVB forms, the more prominent longer-wave UVA being responsible for the fading and deterioration of exterior paint and materials such as fabrics and leather inside a cabin, while the latter contributes to sunburn and other harmful skin conditions. The higher the percentage of a film’s UV rejection, the better, and our films accomplish a 99.9% UV rejection rate.
IRR [Infrared Rejection] The percentage of infrared light rejected by the film on the glass. Infrared light is primarily responsible for the heat you feel. The higher the number is, the better heat insulation of the film performs. Infrared light is primarily responsible for the heat you feel when inside a car, so the higher the percentage of rejection, the higher the level of infrared rays rejected.
TSER [Total Solar Energy Rejection] Representing the percentage of total solar energy rejected by the filmed glass, this is a more accurate measure of a film’s performance. The higher the percentage value, the less solar heat is transmitted into the cabin.
